Vanderson was revealed by Sada Cruzeiro's youth teams, which he joined in 2010 from the school of Cruzeiro. He has had opportunities in the main team since 2015/16. He was a club world champion (2015), a Superliga champion (2015/16), a South American champion (2016), champion of the Copa Brasil (2016, champion of the Supercopa (2015), a Mineiro champion (2015) and the Superliga B champion with Sada Cruzeiro UNIFEMM in 2015. He won several titles with the youth team, like Jogos de Minas (JIMI) in 2014, and Metropolitano Juvenil (Youth) in 2014 , 2013 and 2012.
